• Custom actions created by users, stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit.
• Application preferences and settings, stored locally on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

TextPolish does NOT collect:

• Actual text content processed through the AI.
• Personal identification information.
• User behavior analytics or tracking data.
• Any user data on central servers or databases.

Third-Party Data Sharing

• Text content you submit is directly sent to OpenAI's and Gemini's servers for processing. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.
• Custom actions are synced via Apple's CloudKit, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• No additional third-party sharing occurs.

Data Retention

• Custom actions are stored in your personal iCloud account until you delete them.
• Usage statistics reset daily and are stored locally.

Legal Compliance

• GDPR: You have the right to delete custom actions stored in your personal iCloud account.
• CCPA: We do not sell your personal information.
